How the Unit Is Dimensioned
We work from the installed gearbox: base bolt pattern, shaft centre heights, input and output shaft diameters and extensions, rotation, ratio and the duty it sees. Where the original drawing is missing, the unit is measured in place or after removal.

Ratio, service factor and thermal rating are set against the actual application — kiln, mill, conveyor or crusher drive — rather than a nearest-catalogue substitution that forces changes to the base or the coupling.
