Monmet has been supplying components to the cement industry for over 30 years. Our expertise includes producing large parts for kilns, mills and coolers — made to your drawing or reverse-engineered from a worn sample. Monmet can also supply kiln shell sections with or without mounted riding rings.
Kilns
Gears and pinions, riding rings, rollers and shafts, thrust rollers, bronze bearing liners, bearing housings and split bearing housings, kiln chain with anchors and shackles, and gearboxes (reducers).
Coolers
Clinker breakers, lifters, cooler grates, grate plate supports, drag chain and links, gearboxes and couplings.
