Send a worn, broken or new sample part. It is dimensionally captured, the alloy identified, and a production drawing issued for your approval before any tooling is cut, so the replacement matches the original fits and interfaces.
Material and Process Selection
We advise which alloy family and which route — sand, investment, centrifugal or continuous casting, open-die or closed-die forging, ring rolling — suits the geometry, duty and quantity, and where a change of route lowers cost without changing performance.
Design for Manufacture
Draft, radii, section transitions, machining stock and feeding are reviewed before production so the part can be made repeatably. Where an existing part fails prematurely, we look at geometry and material together rather than simply recasting the original.
