Every component is made to your drawing or reverse-engineered from a worn part, then finish-machined and supplied ready to install.

Gears and Pinions
Girth gears in a wide range of diameters, ring gears and worm gears, spur, helical and spiral bevel gearing, plus mill pinions, shafted pinions, carburized and ground pinions and gear blanks. Blanks are supplied cast or forged and cut to the tooth data on your drawing or measured from the existing gear set.
Gearboxes, Reducers and Couplings
Low-speed high-torque gearboxes, worm and planetary gearboxes, parallel-shaft reducers, and the coupling range — gear, grid, fluid, spring and flexible couplings, complete or as replacement components.
Drives and Motors
Inching drives, main and auxiliary drives, central and lateral drives, reduction drives, small and large gear drives, and motors with bedplates for complete drive systems.
Shafts, Bushings and Bearings
Forged main shafts, countershafts, rollers and shafts, specialty bronze bushings, split bearing housings and babbitted or bronze bearing liners, supplied to the fits and clearances your drawing calls out.
Reverse Engineering the Drive
When no drawing survives, send the worn gear, pinion or coupling. It is measured, the alloy identified, and a drawing produced for your approval before anything is cast, forged or cut, so the replacement installs without modification to the surrounding drive.
