What the part does
The liners line the inside wall of the crusher's bottom shell, taking the impact and abrasive wear of raw ore falling through the chamber. Because they are consumables, they are replaced on a wear schedule so the structural shell itself is never worn or damaged — the whole point of fitting them.

Depending on your drawing they are cast and heat treated, or cut from plate and rolled or pressed to the required curvature, then drilled and machined for the mounting hardware and fit-checked against the shell dimensions.
